30-Day Return Window

At ETEI, we operate with a customer-friendly 30-day return policy. This means you have a generous 30 days from receiving your item to initiate a return.

365-Day Quality Assurance

In addition, ETEI proudly provides a 365-day quality assurance service. Should you encounter any non-human-induced quality issues with the parts purchased within 365 days from the purchase date, you can contact us for a repair. The product must remain in its original condition to qualify for this service.

Return Guidelines

Only products initially shipped from ETEI are eligible for return.

By initiating a return, the customer certifies the purchase from ETEI and ensures that none or part of the same product has been replaced from other sources.

Returned items should be in their original packaging and unused, except for defects.

Exercise caution with ESD or moisture-sensitive products, avoiding opening unless under controlled conditions.

Damages and Issues

We encourage you to inspect your order upon reception. If you discover any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, promptly contact ETEI. Our team will assess the issue and take the necessary steps to make it right.

Initiating a Return

To start the return process, simply contact us. If your return is accepted, ETEI will provide a return shipping label, along with clear instructions on how and where to send your package. It's important to note that items sent back to ETEI without prior return request will not be accepted. Additionally, ETEI does not cover postage costs for returns not arranged by our team.

Refunds

Upon receiving your returned item, ETEI is committed to resolving the matter within 3-6 working days. Subsequently, we will issue a refund within 3 working days.
